To report a Maintenance, Housekeeping or Other Concern

While we work hard to keep everything running smoothly, light bulbs do burn out! Maintenance concerns should be directed to your RLHS Campus Office. The faster and more clearly a problem is reported, the sooner we can fix it! Depending on the nature of the maintenance problem, we strive to complete repairs within 24 hours. Emergency situations will receive highest priority. If your maintenance need has not been corrected in a reasonable period of time, or to your satisfaction, please contact us.

If you need to report a concern after hours, you can leave a voice-mail for your RLHS Campus Office, and they will respond on the next business day. Situations in the residence halls that require immediate attention should be reported to your RA or the RA on duty. If you can't find a member of the Residence Life staff, you can report the problem to DUPD. For after hours Central Campus Service Requests and lockout assistance, call 970-9815.
