Housing Classification (Seniority)

Classification for housing purposes is determined by each student's matriculation date. Advanced academic progress toward the completion of a degree does not impact a student's housing classification. Housing classification for 2009-2010 is as follows:

• Senior: matriculated in Fall of 2006 or Spring 2007
• Junior: matriculated in Fall 2007 or Spring 2008
• Sophomore: matriculated in Fall 2008 or Spring 2009
• First-Year: matriculated in Fall 2009 or Spring 2010*

(*Transfer students will receive the housing classification as if they had matriculated one year earlier.)
