Forfeiture of Housing Eligibility

The forfeiture of housing eligibility occurs when a student becomes a part-time student, is withdrawn from the University, or is academically dismissed. A student who forfeits housing eligibility due to academic dismissal or withdrawal should contact the Housing Accommodations Office regarding housing availability after readmission is confirmed.

Room Picks: Students who are not yet confirmed to be returning for the Fall semester may participate in Room Picks for fall.  If you are not an active student by July, your housing assignment will be cancelled and all associated rent and fees will be credited to your Bursar account.

Spring Housing:  Students must be confirmed to be returning in order to request and receive a Spring housing assignment.
