Application Instructions

• If you have a preferred roommate, indicate their name and address in the proper space on the application. All applications for requested roommates must be received prior to the assignment of an apartment. Preferred roommates must mutually request each other. 
• If you do not have a roommate choice, please fill out the personal data portion on your application. 
• ALL residents will receive roommates.
  
• ALL apartments will be assigned to capacity.
  
• Housing Accommodations reserves the right to make roommate assignments without prior notification to the current resident.
• Please bring to our attention any health problems which should be considered in making your room assignment.
  

Each student must submit their own application. Eligible students seeking accommodations for families will submit one application and be billed family rates.
