Apartment space will be ready for move-in on the date listed above for the program you are enrolled. Move-in before that date is not possible unless an earlier move-in is requested and approved. We will not be able to accommodate you if you arrive early without receiving prior approval.

Payments:

One-half of the full academic year rent will be charged to your Bursar's account prior to the start of the fall 2009 and spring 2010 semesters. Any special payment arrangements should be made with the Bursar's Office.

Refunds:

All monies will be refunded if a request for housing is cancelled prior to signing a license.

Once a student signs a license, the student may not cancel their assignment. A license will be cancelled only when a student becomes ineligible for University housing. Refunds will be calculated based on dates of occupancy of the assigned space.

When offered an assignment, students will be given a deadline by which to return a signed license. If the signed license is not received by the deadline, the assignment will be cancelled.
