Crowell Quad

Featuring a large clock tower at its entrance, Crowell Quad was named for Trinity College president John Franklin Crowell, president of Trinity College when the school relocated to Durham. These residential halls opened in 1931 and are one of six residential quadrangles, or quads, on West Campus.

Crowell Quad contains Houses BB-EE, G and H, and accomodates just over 350 sophomore, junior, and senior students.  Houses G and H are substance-free.  Crowell Quad is also home to the Wellness Community on West and the Baldwin Scholars living-learning communities.  There are no selective living groups in Crowell.
