Laura joined Residence Life and Housing Services at Duke in July 2008. She serves as the Residence Coordinator for Crowell Quad and is an Academic Advsior for Trinity College.  She is also the advisor to the Wellness Community on West, as well as the Duke Tea Club.  Laura is originally from Baltimore, Maryland.  She earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Greensboro College in Greensboro, North Carolina and a M.A. in College Student Development from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. Prior to joining Duke, Laura worked in residence life at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Greensboro, North Carolina.

In her spare time, Laura enjoys reading, baking, playing Scrabble, watching movies and sports (Go Blue Devils!), and exploring Durham with her husband, Justin.  You will often see Laura walking around campus with her dog, Maggie.
