Joe joined Residence Life and Housing Services in the fall of 2004. He earned a BS in Secondary Education from the University of Kansas and a MA in Higher Education from Appalachian State University. Previous to joining Duke, Joe worked in residence life at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Radford University and Ball State University.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys tennis, golf and reading.
